Who is Prophetess Paula Loblack?
I’d like to introduce myself to you. I’m Prophetess Paula Loblack. I’m a real, open, honest, and transparent woman who has been delivered and set free from negativity and dysfunction. I am an Ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a Deliverance Counselor, a Relationship Specialist, and an Author.
I am also a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach, and Mentor. I would love to help you on your journey to add value and bring freedom to your life.
I have been in the Ministry of Deliverance for over 30 years. I was based in Toronto, Canada, and its metropolitan areas for 8 years, including 3 years in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Afterward, my ministry team relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana for 6 months, ministering to survivors of Hurricane Katrina.
Following the hurricane relief, my ministry operated a powerful Deliverance Ministry for 8 years in Houston, Texas that transformed an apartment complex of over 750 residents.
Next, the ministry moved to Orlando, Florida’s international community for the next 6 years and served people from all over the world. Paula Loblack moved to Newark, New Jersey for 2 years on a special assignment, and in 2017, she was led by the Lord to relocate my ministry to Heathrow-Lake Mary, Florida.
Here, I am impacting dysfunctional families and re-directing individual family members to lead healthy, productive lives as they pursue their God-given purpose and destiny.

My Passion: My Calling and My Mission
I’m the Founder and President of Impact Deliverance Center, Inc., a 501(c)(3) ministry with a 98% success rate in the area of Deliverance Counseling. My team and I rehabilitate people and rebuild their lives through self-examination and inner healing. We help individuals and families to resolve deep-seated issues that hinder their forward progress in life. Our in-depth counseling program sets people free from depression, anxiety, rejection, fear, abuse, addictions, and other dysfunctions.
God has gifted me with a strong Prophetic anointing and a powerfully effective Deliverance Ministry. For 28 years, I have worked one-on-one as a Deliverance Counselor, surveying the entire life experience of individuals and focusing on the first 12 years of their lives to identify the root cause of dysfunctional behavior. We specialize in inner-healing, breaking generational curses, deliverance from toxic relationships, and ungodly, unhealthy bondage relationships, called soul-ties.

Impact Deliverance Center’s Deliverance Counseling Program is conducted under strict professional, ethical, and confidential conditions.
This program provides a root-cause evaluation of your problems, intense personal counseling, deliverance, inner healing, and empowerment training. Anyone who experiences depression, hindrances, fear, anxiety, anger, or any other disturbance of their internal peace needs deliverance.
My Passion: My Mission
As a Mentor and Certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, I help people understand that Jesus died to pay for our freedom from anything and everything that hinders them from being the person God created them to be. I guide people to productive living while enhancing their spiritual growth and development. My ministry also has an effective Premarital and Marriage Deliverance Counseling Program.

Paula Loblack’s Biography
As a child, Prophetess Paula Loblack had prophetic insight into God’s plan and purpose for her life. When she was 9 years old, she told her grandmother she wanted to go on the mission field. As a little girl and during her teens she prayed for the sick in her village and held prayer meetings. Today, Prophetess Paula continues to pursue God’s purpose for her life with passion, zeal and determination.
Prophetess Paula is the President of Impact Deliverance Center, Inc. and Paula Loblack Ministries, Inc. She is a Deliverance Counselor and an Empowerment Specialist with an extensive background in Prayer and Intercession. Gifted with a strong prophetic call, she has ministered in the Dutch Islands, the West Indies, Caribbean, Canada and the United States of America, where she has conducted a School of Deliverance, a School of Prayer and Spiritual Warfare as well as Deliverance Counseling Programs, Seminars and Workshops. Her Deliverance Ministry has a 95% success rate in transforming lives. To God be all the Glory!

She prays for the sick and has witnessed many healings and miracles from the hand of God.
Prophetess Paula’s assignment from God is to bring people out of their bondages and release them into their God-given purpose so to fulfill their destiny. She is known for her mandate to challenge people to a deeper, more personal and life changing experience in Christ Jesus. She has never compromised or been afraid to teach the truth.
